How the BGE EmPOWER Rebate Program Works
Step 1 Energy Audit
The first step to getting rebates and savings is a home energy audit. For just $100 (regularly $400—your utility pays $300), our certified techs will do a complete energy performance assessment of your home. Using advanced diagnostic tools we find problem areas like poor insulation, air leaks, HVAC inefficiencies and outdated water heaters. This audit not only shows you where your home is losing energy but also qualifies you for rebates on recommended upgrades.
Step 2 Unlock Rebates
