Nick and his team did an energy audit and found that I could get BGE to pay for upgrading insulation in two homes on my property. They sealed with expanding foam from the top all electric boxes and penetrations of the top plate to keep things airtight then blew insulation in to r-60 which is the maximum recommended. They also built me an attic access where one did not exist due to an addition, that saves me the time of building the access where I didn't have attic access before. Overall great experience working with Nick, they were responsive and got the job done fast and got it done right. They also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Will sure recommend to friends and family. The project also got done at a minimum cost to me which is super helpful since we just moved in the past year so money is tight. Thanks guys 👍
